Flexible Catering Policy: While the venue does not supply food or beverages, renters may hire their own licensed catering services or make alternate arrangements, with written approval at least 14 days prior to the event. See Liability waiver requirements.

Preferred Vendor List: A curated list of trusted local professionals is available upon request, including catering, bartending, décor, rentals, and event security.
Catering & Rentals

Simple Renter Checklist: Renters are asked to complete minimal post-event tasks, including:

Removing personal items and decorations

Disposing of trash in designated bins

A custom cleaning arrangement can be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the event if special needs or deviations are requested.

A $200 cleaning fee will be assessed if the checklist is not completed to the venue representative’s satisfaction either immediately post-event or by 9:00 AM the following morning.

Venue-Provided Cleaning: Our professional team handles final touch-up cleaning, including surface wipe-downs, and exterior patio and parking lot maintenance.
